Sharing Lockdown on Anzac Day

I am going to leave my Anzac Day tribute with photos of my moving and emotional times at Gallipoli with my tour groups, The words of Mustafa Kemal Atatuk, the lovely lady who was visiting the Turkish Memorial last year and wanted her photo taken with me and to realise the shared the sadness of Gallipoli and the sheer quietness of a place with so much sorry and tragedy.

It’s been a very moving day and watching on television all the wonderful and exemplary tributes made by New Zealanders. Its is a strong message and we are so lucky to call ourselves ‘New Zealanders’.
